We offer Co-Ed Classes for ages 6-18. And private lessons for adults and children.
If you are unsatisfied with any class, we will help find the correct class for your athlete or refund all remaining classes.

SKills Class (8-13)
Starting Tuesday 5/06
Students will practice the fundamentals skills of volleyball & learn advanced techniques through a six week curriculum. Lessons will be diversified to fit different experience levels of student athletes.

Get ready to train like a college athlete! Players will learn how to create an individualized program by a collegiate strength & conditioning coach to improve strength, agility, speed, and power.

Join us for some outdoor grass volleyball training. We will focus on all volleyball skills, especially learning how to be successful at doubles and similar outdoor formats.

Private Individual Lessons and Private Group Classes
We are proud to offer Private Lessons & Small Group Training for athletes of all ages.
Coaches are able to meet in a location convenient for you. They will be able to provide individual evaluations and create a program to maximize your success.
Private Lessons:
$100 per hour
Small Group Training:
$75 per person per hour
Private Lesson Premier Package
This speciality package includes 5 private lessons, in-depth pre and post lesson evaluations, video analysis, and a zoom call with a coach to discuss progress & future goals.
